Guest access

Our guests have access to the entire home, with exclusive use of all the rooms and facilities within the property during your stay. Our guests will be provided with a code to access the property and will be able to come and go as they please during their stay. You will also be given instructions on how to use any electronic locks or other security features that are in place.

Other things to note

The property includes a range of modern amenities, with one of the main features being the beautiful view of University Lake just across from Sorority Row. With electric bicycles and scooters just across the street at the Baton Rouge Beach, you have more than a few options to stroll around the LSU Lakes for exercise and/or relaxation.

Bunches of board games in the family room are fun to enjoy as well as the two ultra-high-definition TVs and Sonos sound system. Your favorite sports or music can be played throughout the spacious property.

Enjoy relaxing under historic oak trees in the expansive back patio where our pup can run free in the gated area or challenge family and friends to an intense game of cornhole! A whole home generator will never leave you without power for more than 30 seconds too.
