The property is a duplex with separate & private entrances to each apartment
The Bamboo Lounge is the larger apartment side of the duplex
Entering through the front door, you are welcomed into the living area with a baby grand piano and classy & fun mid-century modern vibe
Sorry, piano is non functional
But we do have a queen pullout sofa bed in the living area with memory foam mattress
Between the bookcases to the right, 2 French doors open into the second bedroom with queen bed with memory foam mattress
If moving through the living area, the master bedroom with king bed lies just to the left with memory foam mattress
Turning right and entering the hall, the full bathroom lies to the left and straight ahead is the kitchen
Just off the kitchen is the back patio door to access the acre yard
Freshly landscaped patio with café table to sit, hammock to relax and evening cafe lights draped overhead welcome outdoor lovers
Fiber optic optic cable provided at the property
Guest Access
2 designated on site parking spaces are all yours
No access restrictions to the LSU Lakes or Baton Rouge ‘Beach’ that are just a few blocks away!
