This unique Oxford home has four inviting Mississippi-themed designer bedrooms, providing plenty of comfy space for your whole group. Each bedroom is outfitted with a luxurious gel memory foam King mattress, new carpeting, high-end linens, and a 42” flat-screen Smart TV. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience.

There is no primary bedroom here! Every room is wonderful in its own unique way. Pick the theme that fits your vibe. The River Room features stunning wallpaper and a historic map of the Mississippi River. A walk-in closet offers plenty of space to unpack your belongings. The ensuite bathroom offers a large walk-in shower.

The Southern Gentleman suite features fun artwork, a plaid theme, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Southern Belle is a vibrant room that Dolly Parton fans will love. Like the other suites, this room has a spacious closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Sweet Magnolia suite has a lovely floral theme, as you’d expect, as well as a big closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Each bathroom is stocked with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer for your convenience. The rain shower heads offer excellent water pressure, and there is plenty of hidden and hanging storage. You’ll also find an additional half bath on the first floor to cater to the common areas.

Need some additional sleeping space? There’s a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to provide ample space for your large group to spread out.

Keep your towels and linens clean throughout your stay using the in-suite washer and dryer. Tide laundry detergent will be provided for your convenience.

Four seats at the center island create a comfortable snack bar or laptop-friendly workspace. Take a seat around this large kitchen island or the high-top table when you’re ready to enjoy a delicious meal. This space doubles as a great place to play board games or do some work.

Relax with the whole family in the cheerful living room, which features luxe modern furniture, Mississippi blues history-inspired details, and plenty of natural light. Curl up on the plush sofa with a good book or binge-watch your favorite shows on the 55” flat-screen TV. The bright yellow armchairs, charcoal rockers, colored accent pillows, and abstract artwork create a sophisticated Southern feel. This is a great place to enjoy one of the board games provided.

This stylish home is the only property in this area with a pool view and a comfy, classic Mississippi front porch swing. There are two comfortable outdoor rocking chairs on the patio, providing a great place for reading, sipping on a coffee or a cocktail, or doing absolutely nothing except watching the world go by.

Take a dip in the shared pool, just steps away from the front door, or get some sun on one of the pool deck loungers. Most guests love to enjoy their favorite snacks and a nice glass of wine during the beautiful sunset. Cold drinks are welcome too!

You will have access to a full-size basketball court, a dog park, great walking trails, and sand volleyball courts. This home is in the safe neighborhood of Rowandale, just a short drive from many attractions and a great base from which to discover all that historic Oxford has to offer.
